Q: What is your return policy?
A: All products are FINAL SALE. If you are in NW Iowa. Feel free to message me about an exchange if needed.

Q: Where do you ship your products?
A: Dog treats are only available in Iowa and Minnesota due to licensing restrictions. All other products ship anywhere in the U.S.

Q: Are your cups dishwasher safe?
A: No, our glass cups and tumblers are hand-wash only and not dishwasher safe.

Q: Are your shirts true to size?
A: We use Comfort Colors t-shirts, which are pre-shrunk during production. They are true to size, but have a slightly snugger fit. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Q: Are your treats licensed?
A: Our treats have been registered and approved by the state of Iowa and we have obtained proper licensing in the state of Minnesota which is why treats can only be sold to those states at this time.
